| Brief History |
| Our association was born in 2001, when an intrepid group of catering companies felt the need to professionalize the industry by forming an association dedicated to serve the needs of the Philippine catering industry. Over the next few years, veteran Philippine caterers, masters of their craft, have joined our ranks. We have also managed to attract a diverse network of renowned allied members who represent the food manufacturing, food distribution, audio systems, floral, photo, and wedding planning industries. |
