| With regards to the procedures on how to become a member, here are the requirements to be submitted at the FCAP office after having filled up the Application Form: |
For Regular members
(Caterers, Restaurateurs and the likes)
1. SEC or DTI registrations
2. Company Profile
3. Mayors Permit/Certificate of Business Registration.
4. Pictures of different set-ups
5. Sample of Brochure and Business Card.
6. One or more Office Visitations coming from the Board of Directors
7. One time Application Fee of P 3,000 plus P 2,000, as the 1st Annual Fee which gives aTotal of P 5,000 (With annual renewal of P 2,000) |
For Allied Members (Suppliers)
1. SEC or DTI registrations
2. Company Profile
3. Mayors Permit/Certificate of Business Registration
4. Sample of Brochure and Business Card
5. One time Application Fee of P 5,000, P10,000 or P 20,000 (depending on the capitalization) |
